Such requests have included a trip to the local Karaoke center, an impromptu Archery competition, a visit to a farm house to taste the local cuisine, a stone hot “tub” bath, a visit to a local fashion show, and even a meeting with monks followed by a meditation experience. Raven Tours leaves no stone unturned in an attempt to meet your needs, no matter how unusual- we have even been known to arrange successful Honeymoons - such is the scope and diversity of our interest and expertise.

Raven tours and treks is a young company with a long pedigree. Although formed only a year ago they have become one of the key businesses giving tours in Bhutan.

Their strength lies in understanding what western clients are looking for, and a very experienced Bhutanese team who meet those needs. Aside from taking guests to the classic sites, we also provide honey moon tours, wedding trips, flower tours, bird watching, and bicycling, trekking and adventure trips and general study tours.

Unlike many larger companies, whose itineraries are fixed, Raven seeks out opportunities to help guests experience the real Bhutan. This flair is not at the expense of professionalism though; Deepak Tamang (the Managing Director) is guide with many years experience. He leads a team who has qualified to the highest standards of the Bhutan Tourist Authority, and who share one aim, to ensure their guests carry wonderful memories home of their trip to this last Shangri-La.
